1. ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and integrity reasons, opened products, used items, and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@apxresearchlabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
